…something that I didn't truly understand until 6th grade during one of our volleyball seasons when our team trained with The Leadership Coalition. By getting off the court and focusing on leadership, communication and teamwork, our team came together, and our gameplay greatly improved. And the exercises we did were challenging, but fun! We all thought we were just solving puzzles and playing games, but, for me, it taught me what it means to be a leader and what that title means."
